On Friday, he unleashed an explosive new video for his latest single “The Eternal Struggles Of The Howling Man,” the second song released from the upcoming LP.
It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly five years since Rob Zombie released his last full-length album. Back in 2016, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser made its debut with hard-hitting tracks such as “Well, Everybody’s Fucking In A U.F.O.,” “Medication For The Melancholy” and “In The Bone Pile.” The album went on to debut at No. 6 on the Billboard 200.
Then, in August of 2017, Rob Zombie confirmed he was working on his next album. However, fans ended up waiting three years to hear new material from the project. Last October, Rob Zombie finally announced that his seventh studio album is on the way with the powerful song “The Triumph Of King Freak (A Crypt Of Preservation And Superstition).”
The track is full of harmonious breakdowns and striking electric guitars listeners will instantly recognize. Collectively, “The Triumph Of King Freak (A Crypt Of Preservation And Superstition)” gave fans a massive glimpse into what they can expect from his forthcoming LP.
Now, Rob Zombie is back with yet another taste of his new album The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy. On Friday, he unleashed a chaotically brilliant video for “The Eternal Struggles of The Howling Man” that is filled with special effects and footage some fans may recognize. The trippy visual offers a quick blur into his career over the years with footage of him in the studio and also rocking out onstage.
Meanwhile, a captivating cartoon of an intense wolf chase flashes in and out throughout the video. Eventually, the whole video comes to an end with a victorious fist pump from Rob Zombie and a finale to the wolf chase you were probably expecting.
The duo have worked together numerous times over the years on projects including 2013’s Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor, 2016’s 31 and 2019’s 3 From Hell. As well, Hatebreed, Demon Hunter, Revocation, Suicide Silence and Born Of Osiris are among the other artists ZEUSS has worked with in the past.
