Zendaya makes history again with second Emmy win for Euphoria

In 2020, Zendaya took home the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, making her the youngest person to win in that category. Now, the Euphoria star made history once again for becoming the only Black woman to win two Emmys in the category. She also currently holds the record as the youngest person to win two Emmys in the category. In her acceptance speech, Zendaya touched on her character Rue Bennett and her hopes of the show acting as a healing source for people. Watch the moment unfold below. —Anissa Sanchez

Kelela makes a spellbinding return with “Washed Away,” her first song in five years

Since her debut album, Take Me Apart, was released in 2017, Kelela has stayed mainly out of the spotlight. Now after a five-year hiatus, the singer is making a comeback with her new single “Washed Away.” The track dropped with an accompanying visual, shot in Ethiopia’s Danakil Depression, that portrays Kelela roaming across the barren desert.
