[LIVE] Court Ruling on Granting Mumia Abu-Jamal A New Trial (Dec 16)

Today Judge Lucretia Clemons is intending to dismiss Mumia Abu-Jamal’s PCRA appeal for a new trial based on newly discovered exculpatory evidence relating to police/prosecutorial/judicial misconduct, including Brady and Batson violations (racial bias in jury selection, withheld evidence of witness bribery, etc).
