The group stepped from their comfort zone due to the pandemic restrictions and recorded Famous Last Lines alongside three other tunes. The song was mixed by Jordan Koop (Orville Peck, Wolf Parade) at The Noise Floor recording studio and mastered by Jack Shirley (Deafheaven) at Atomic Garden in SF.
