The limited-edition cards will include three different designs: a “Friend Crush” club edition, “Coffee & Covers premiere edition” and a rare “What’s Your Favorite Scary Movie” horror edition.

However, the club is more than just a place for card collection NFTs. It will also give fans a supportive community where they can foster a deeper connection with Logan and his art.

“I am launching a club where we can support each other,” Logan says. “This isn’t like any other VIP or meet & greet you’ve ever done. This is constantly evolving, changing and updating to keep you excited and engaged. We are going to do all sorts of weird and fun stuff together. I can’t wait to begin this journey together.”

On his Cloutchain website, fans are able to unlock opportunities to connect with Logan in various ways. For Ultra Fans who collect 100 cards, he is offering acoustic live stream performances and as well as access to exclusive Q&As. Both of these experiences, as well as countless more, are a unique way for Logan’s fans to become an even more engaged part of his community.

After dedicating five years to the grunge-influenced trio Happy. and releasing two full-length albums, 2020’s Imposter Syndrome and 2018’s Cult Classic, Logan has also announced he will be exploring a solo music career.

Emphasizing the importance of self-expression in his work, Logan wants his solo music to be a safe space and community for listeners.

“I want my fans to feel understood and valued,” he says. “I want to build a community with a true connection. I grew up a full-blown stan of the artists I loved, and the tangible, intimate moments in the fandom made me a lifelong lover of their art.”

NFTs—or non-fungible tokens—are quickly becoming a major platform for artists to share their work. Musicians such as Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda, Halsey, Kings Of Leon and Portugal. The Man have all released NFTs recently.

Although they have been around since 2014, the demand for NFTs is growing each day. The market for NFTs reportedly expanded to over $250 million in 2020. Earlier this year, one of the most expensive digital works was sold for a record-breaking $69.3 million. To put that sale into perspective, the piece became the third most expensive artwork sold by a living artist. The familiar, and iconic, Nyan Cat meme was sold as an NFT for over half a million dollars.

Logan’s limited edition card collection is the latest instance of artists using this new medium for their work. Alongside collectibles, NFTs can include various mediums and forms of art such as GIFs, designer sneakers, virtual avatars and video game skins, video and sports highlights, music and even tweets.

Logan’s limited edition collection launches June 23 and will close July 22. You can check it out here.
