Bristol-based producer Tor Maries aka Billy Nomates shares a new track and video Spite.
The new song is taken from the songwriter’s second album CACTI. Energetic and spiky, it combines the power pop energy of The Go-Go’s and the punk stance of The Raincoats. “How are you going to deal with anything if you don’t have that self-belief?”, with the rhetorical question the artist seemingly addresses herself. There needs to be self-confidence to push forward and Billy Nomates is not shy to report on her progress.
