Our summer cover story stars boygenius have announced an extension of their highly sought-after North American tour. The indie-rock trio made up of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus are well into a busy tour schedule after the release of their debut album, the record.
The band are fresh off a summer concert run for the Re:Set Concert Series and are now hitting the road with Carly Rae Jepsen, Broken Social Scene, and others for a separate North American stint. With today’s announcement for more tour dates this fall, it seems as if the alt-rock supergroup have no plans of slowing down.

Originally wrapping in August at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater, the boygenius tour will now extend through October. With the band’s first appearance at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 2 and a special Halloween event at Hollywood Bowl on Oct. 31, the fall run has all the makings to be their most iconic shows yet. 100 gecs, MUNA, Palehound, Samia, and Sloppy Jane are scheduled for the special added dates.
