A brand new boy band from Teesside are hoping for a Christmas Number One in the hit parade with their catchy new seasonal offering.
Kingsley, Jonny, Robbie and Hugh have had modest success with a steady flow of releases on Bandcamp since October 2019 but have high hopes for the new track.
Traitors by the group who are called ‘Benefits’ is starting to sell like toasted Christmas hot-cakes. On their Facebook page they say:
Our awesome new single “TRAITORS” is now available on (well-known digital platform) for just 79p. Yeah I know. Ridiculous. Always fancied a Christmas number 1… Let’s go. Pretty sure that funny dad-man who changes all the words in his songs to “sausage rolls” is quaking in his little elf boots. Cliff will be quivering. Noddy’s knees knocking. TURN IT UP. Please spare some coppers…. Please share. Let’s do this!
