The Scottish festival will gather venerable headliners – The Pretenders, Spiritualized, Primal Scream and more.
The three-day event will take place at Victorian-era Lews Castle on the Isle of Lewis. The next year’s edition features headliners who propagated pivotal genres of independent music during the last three decades of the 20th century. The Pretenders, Spiritualized, Primal Scream, Edwyn Collins and Ocean Colour Scene will be joined by a younger generation of artists such as Honeyblood aka Stina Tweeddale, The Joshua Hotel and Izzie Yardley. Local ensembles such as The Choir (Scottish Chamber Choir) and Ado Matheson, a songwriter hailing from the Isle of Lewis, will add a distinctive hue to the programme.
