The Haciendas kick off February with the release of their first single of 2022, Passion Fever following a Launch party at Night People in Manchester

Written by frontman Tom Smith, the single follows the quartet of singles released during 2021 which saw them building their audience across the UK and particularly their home city, headlining raucous nights at The Bread Shed in October and The Deaf Institute in December.

The Manchester 3 piece, the aforementioned Tom, Steve (bass) and Dan (guitar) recorded the track at Mad Fox Recording Studio, Rochdale late last year.

It’s a short blast that lasts just over 2 minutes with trademark hooks that will grab you. Tom confidently says, “Passion Fever was written about staying in a moment for all the wrong reasons and just how different situations can be behind closed doors. As a band we are constantly seeing improvement and taking everything up a notch every time we write material. This is our best yet and what we have coming up is even more exciting.”

The band already have a number of dates booked during the year, including North Fest, Made In Manchester, and YANAFest. Check em out!
